The Port of Port Townsend includes all of Jefferson County. The three commissioners are listed with their contact info here. The Port’s primary mission is economic development. The port provides several public services, including moorage, piers, boat launches, temporary RV space, shop and other buildings, travel lift and boatyard, and airport facilities.
