Regular Governmental Meetings

Meeting times, agendas, locations, and information about virtual (online) meetings are available at the links below for each jurisdiction.

Jefferson County PUD Board of Commissioners

The BOC meets regularly on the first and third Tuesday of each month and holds a budget hearing the first Monday in October. One regular board meeting is held in December on the second Tuesday.

Jefferson County Board of County Commissioners

The Jefferson County BOCC meet the first four Mondays of each month. If a Monday meetings falls on a holiday when the Courthouse will be closed, the meeting is held on Tuesday instead.

Jefferson County Planning Commission

The Planning Commission meets the first and third Wednesday of each month

Port of Port Townsend Commission

The Port Commission meets the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month. Public workshops are scheduled for the second Wednesday of each month and can be called as needed.

Port Townsend City Council

City Council business meetings are held on the first and third Mondays of each month. If the regularly scheduled meeting falls on a City-observed holiday, the meeting will be held the next Tuesday. City Council workshop meetings are scheduled for the second Monday of each month.
