VOTERS: For your ballot to count, it must be returned or postmarked BY ELECTION DAY – AUGUST 7, 2018. The date of election is at the top of your ballot and on your return envelope.
A. Deposit it in an official ballot drop box NO LATER THAN 8:00 p.m. Election Night; OR…
B. Return it via US Postal Service;
It must be postmarked NO LATER THAN Election Day. If you mail it on Election Day we suggest you take it in and ask them to hand stamp it, otherwise the date on the envelope may be the next day and considered too late; OR…
C. Return it to the county Auditor’s Office at the Jefferson County Courthouse in Port Townsend, WA NO LATER THAN 8:00 p.m. Election Night.
